The characteristics of the permanent magnetic operator which is acted by permanent magnet include simple structure,fewer moving parts and maintenance free.It is widely used in rail transportation,coal mines,ships and other key areas.Considering the harsh environment of the application and using area including a large number of shocks and vibrations,this paper focuses on the anti-vibration performance of the permanent magnetic operator.Firstly,the paper discusses the research status of the permanent magnetic operator and analyzes the structure and working principle of the permanent magnetic operator,then discuss the principle and realization process of the closing and closing of the permanent magnetic operator.The design requirements of the permanent magnet operating mechanism are put forward.And the structure and magnetic system of the permanent magnetic operator are designed and analyzed.The influence of the structural form of the mechanism on the main flux,leakage flux and magnetic flux are studied.Then,build the three-dimensional modeling of the modular spring operating mechanism based on ANSYS finite element analysis software,the paper analyses the magnetic field simulation of the permanent magnetic operator by modal simulation and half of the symmetry model.The simulation data of the fundamental frequency,vibration mode and closing hold force of the permanent magnetic operator are obtained.The consistency between the design and the simulation is verified by the comparative analysis.Finally,the operator finishes the three-coordinate and multi-directional(sweep,frequency,random)vibration test in the vibration test platform.The holding force of the permanent magnetic operator before and after the vibration test are tested and compared.Finally the paper verifies the permanent magnetic operator reasonable design and the vibration requirements.
