Because of high performance and high efficiency,the jet pipe servo valve is widely used in the industrial system.Abroad in the fields of aerospace,shipbuilding,metallurgy and so on use of the servo valve is the forerunner level mostly for jet pipe valves,rather than the former double nozzle flapper servo valve,most of malfunction in hydraulic system is the result of the cleanness of the oil,and the jet pipe servo valve has a strong ability to resist pollution,but the fluid flowof the jet pipe servo valve is complex than the double nozzle flapper servo valve.And the jet pipe servo valve has high request for technical personnel and need a lot of cost,so it is not very popular in China.In actual production,the servo valve will be placed in the warehouse for a period of time,as an important performance of the servo valve,bias instability phenomenon will greatly reduce the servo valve performance.Before deliver,it need to retest servo valve performance,and the bias of the jet pipe servo valve will change at this time,but after the bais of the servo valve not achieve long-term stability,a big chance to zero within a year after the partial delivery problems to return factory repair,it is a waste of manpower and time.The bias mechanism of the jet pipe servo valve is an urgent problem to study.With the combination of simulation and experiment,the bias of servo valve is studied.The model of its important parts and the whole valve are deeply studied.By analyzing the structure and working principle,the mathematical models of the three important components of the electromagnetic motor,the receiver and the armature assembly are respectively deduced.The dynamic pressure energy of the fluid is distributed by calculating the overlap area between the nozzle and the receiver.The principle of energy conservation is used to calculate the recovery pressure of two receiving holes.According to the force analysis of the support bar and the armature to build the armature assembly mathematical model AMESim used in the standard component library file set torque motor electromagnetic component model and power level model;standard arcades not available components and receiver models are built by AMESet,using known formulas and parameters to build their own model.A servo valveexperimental bench was set up and its bias characteristic was tested.The results show that the servo valve bias and its internal stress is directly related.The relevant improvement methods were put forward and achieved some results.
