In this paper,the typical drawbead as the research object,through the self-made testing apparatus is used to study in the end of the sheet metal stamping process through drawbead constraint type resistance decline trend.By consulting the research achievements of predecessors and the analysis of the drawbead mechanism selected the impact resistance of drawbead constraint is the key of four structural parameters,namely the drawbead height fitting clearance,drawbead convex rib and groove,drawbead grooves on both sides of the radius.Because the cross-section form of drawbead is varied,this article selects the most commonly used in engineering practice of the semicircular drawbead and rectangle drawbead as the research object,this paper completed the main contents are as follows:1.The mechanism of drawbead are analyzed,and the related theory to build the finite element model of the four kinds of structure parameters combination,set up relevant boundary conditions,the finite element analysis was carried on.2.The main structural parameters of the semicircular drawbead and the rectangular drawbead are combined respectively,and the uniform design is adopted.Through the study of the numerical simulation results,the corresponding relationship between the restraint resistance of the sheet metal through the semi-circular drawbead and the rectangular drawbead is obtained.And the influence of the selected structural parameters on the decreasing trend of constraint resistance is analyzed.3.The design of a complete set of test device,including the working principle of design,structure design and the establishment of the data processing method and so on,and by comparison with the results of experiment and numerical simulation research,the differences of simulation and test are analyzed,thus established the end of the sheet metal of semicircle and rectangle drawbead feature points by the constraints of the resistance of the second order response surface approximation model,and verify the reliability of the response surface model,thus solving the end of the sheet metal through drawbead constraint type resistance drop model.Drawbead fitting for gradient descent type blank-holder force provides the necessary data and method of research,as well as the subsequent test stage in the process of actual production polishing drawbead grooves to control the flow sheet of provides an important data source and reference value.
