The hydraulic performance and structural strength of the water guiding mechanism will directly affect the efficiency and stability of the unit.Because the guide vanes have various forms,different airfoils will have different effects on the flow field under the same conditions.Therefore,the calculation is more complicated,and the specific deformation and stress distribution of the guide vanes under water pressure can not be well calculated by the conventional method.In this paper,the influence of the guide vanes of different airfoils on the flow field and the deformation of the guide vanes under different working conditions are analyzed by numerical simulation.The specific work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)The whole flow passage model of hydraulic turbine is built by using SolidWorks 3D modeling software,and the guide vanes model of different airfoils under different working conditions is constructed.The global mesh and local mesh of the model are calculated according to the experimental requirements.(2)Through Flow Simulation plug-in,the flow field in the water guiding mechanism with positive curvature active guide vanes and symmetrical guide vanes was calculated by using CFD method.Providing reference for airfoil selection of turbine blade.(3)The influence of the water pressure at the upper and lower reaches of the water guide mechanism on the vanes of different airfoils and structures under closed conditions is calculated.The calculation results of CFD are used as the initial conditions for static analysis.The deformation and stress distribution of the vanes in different airfoils and structures under the influence of the flow field are calculated by means of one-way fluid structure coupling method.(4)Modal analysis of the guide vanes with different airfoils and structures is carried out,and the influence of airfoils and structures on the natural frequencies of the guide vanes is obtained.
