| In recent years,with more large and super large projects constructed in China,more and more super-long concrete structures have been built.Reducing or preventing cracks is one of the most important aspects to control the quality of super-long concrete structures.There are many traditional quality control methods for the construction cracks of super-long concrete structures,but these methods are often difficult to avoid the emergence of super-long concrete structure cracks,and the construction procedure is more complex and with higher costs.The jointless technology of sequence construction method of super-long concrete structure is a new technology which can speed up the construction time and improve the overall stability of the structure.However,there are few research achievements on this construction technology.Therefore,it is of important significance to solve the existing industry problems,through strengthening the construction quality control research of super-long concrete structure based on sequence construction method and suggesting the control method and effective measures of construction quality of super-long concrete structure.Hence,this paper focuses on the key aspects in controlling the quality of super-long concrete structure using the sequence construction methods,on the basis of theory summary as well as the analysis of three typical cases,which will provide feasible reference for construction quality control of Chinese super-long concrete structure.This paper is divided into four sections.The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background and significance,summarizes the research status of the construction quality control of super-long concrete structure,puts forward the purpose and content of the research,and constructs the technical route of the research.The second chapter mainly explores the basic theory of super-long concrete structure quality control based on sequence construction method,and puts forward the critical aspects in controlling the construction quality of super-long concrete structure.The third chapter mainly studies the sequence construction method of super-long concrete structure used in practical cases,analyzes the feasibility and applicability of sequence construction method for the construction of super-long concrete structure,summarizes the quality problems in the process of construction,as well as the critical aspects in controlling the construction quality of super-long concrete structure.The fourth chapter mainly puts forward the main conclusions of the study,and analyzes the limitations of the paper.The results showed that: firstly,in order to improve the construction quality of thesuper-long concrete structure,the most important aspect is to make full use of people with active initiative,improve the quality of personnel,strengthen the control of site construction activities.Secondly,the reasonable division of the size of the block area is critical to control the quality of the sequence construction method.It is suggested that the section length of the sequence construction method is about 40 m.Thirdly,the sequence construction method has a good performance on controlling the penetrating cracks of the engineering floor.Fourthly,in the sequence construction method various measures should be taken to prevent the surface cracks and dry shrinkage cracks of concrete structure.Finally,the establishment of effective quality management system is a powerful guarantee to ensure the construction quality of super-long concrete structure. |
