Most of our aqueducts were built around the 1960 s and many have exceeded or approached their service life.At present,many of these old aqueducts are still undertaking important water conveyance tasks.However,the diseases and aging caused by many years of operation make their security state worrying.Therefore,it is urgent to rehabilitate or rebuild existing structures.For these old aqueduct,if all the demolition and reconstruction,neither scientific nor realistic,can only be guided by local conditions,scientific planning,rational re-use of its re-use value of a scientific and objective evaluation of the results of the evaluation Reinforcement or reconstruction.In order to solve the problem of serious damage to the shelf and short construction period,this paper presents a green restoration project of the aqueduct modified from a small-span aqueduct to a long-span cable-stayed aqueduct in the context of the Hengdaohe Aqueduct Rehabilitation Project in Dongfeng County,Jilin Province.technology.The main research contents are as follows:(1)First of all,the reasons for the lack of safety service durability of concrete structure,the analysis of disease characteristics of old concrete aqueduct structure,the diagnosis and evaluation and repair technology are introduced at home and abroad,and then the main existing in the reconstruction of concrete aqueduct structure The problem and the concept of green repair technology were analyzed,and finally the main content and technical route studied in this paper are illustrated.(2)Based on the actual destruction of a certain aqueduct in Hengdaohe Irrigation District,a large amount of data and on-site investigation are consulted.The background and overview of the project are introduced in detail.The current situation of the aqueduct caused by concrete and the reasons for the damage are explained.Then,The way of analyzing the corrosion of reinforced concrete is analyzed in combination with the aqueduct.(3)A green repair technology was proposed for the old concrete aqueduct which was the old structure aqueduct of Hengdaohe River was repaired by the modern structure technology-the cable-stayed structure and the material coating and the layering technology Sex Technologies and Structures Surface Treatment Materials Technology Combining the latest green restoration technologies for enhanced processing,you can dramatically improve the life and function of your aqueduct.(4)In order to further verify the overall stability and safety of the aqueduct repaired with green technology,a three-dimensional finite element model of the horizontal channel aqueduct was established through HyperWorks finite element software.The interaction between self-weight,under the action of numerical analysis,the stress and deformation of the aqueduct at different positions of the aqueduct and the zipper under various working conditions are obtained.The numerical results show that the aqueduct repaired by the green technology meets the engineering requirements.(5)At the end of this paper,conclusions and outlook are given,mainly focusing on the key points studied in this paper and the practical application effects of green water remediation technology.Some new ideas and prospects are put forward for further research.The old aqueduct reconstruction techniques and methods proposed in this paper can provide reference for the reconstruction of similar aqueducts.
