| The construction sequence of frame structure starts from casting the main frame,and then fill the wall masonry from top storey to bottom storey.However,the buildings which are not supervised in villages and towns,some construction company in order to shorten the duration,save the cost,use the similar as the sequence of masonry structure construction,building the non-structural components of the filling wall and the main frame at the same time.This construction method is clearly not consistent with requirements of the seismic code,which should be disengaged or flexible connection on requirements of the masonry partition wall and the frame column,but taking into account the 6-degree fortified bottom frame-seismic building should be built the wall at first as the construction sequence of the concrete frame,when building the restraint masonry shear wall structure.According to this stipulation,the construction method of the concrete frame structure should be considered by using the hybrid construction method of the construction sequence of composite masonry shear wall structure.This construction method is known as hybrid construction method,and the formation of masonry-constrained frame could be a good solution to solute the seepage of the cracks between the building exterior and concrete joint parts.However,the feasibility of the construction method,the seismic performance of the structure should be researched and demonstrated.In this paper,the finite element software is used to analyze the seismic behavior of the hybrid construction structure,and the simulation of the construction process is carried out by using the structural model with different construction sequence.The research includes:(1)Test and verify the experimental model is correct,and the ABAQUS software is used to simulate the seismic performance of the single-layer and single-span frame structure by hybrid construction method under the low-cyclic reciprocating load.(2)The multi-layer frame structure model adopts the hybrid construction method and the conventional construction method respectively,and simulate the change of internal force and deformation of the components under the load of the construction,the simulation results are verified by the SAP2000 software.And then design three kinds of hybrid construction program,which combine the construction sequence of the hybrid construction method and the conventional construction method.Through the construction process of internal force and deformation analysis,contrasting and making a prior choice among the construction programs,and the dynamic time-history analysis of structural model with different construction schemes under the action of encounter and rare case horizontal earthquake;(3)From the comparison of two kinds of wall blocks and the reinforcement design of beam and column bars,the optimal design suggestions are put forward for the frame structure with hybrid construction method.The result shows,it is found that the frame structure with hybrid construction method has better seismic performance.Under the load of construction,whether structural force or deformation performance,the multi-layer frame of the whole building using hybrid construction method is more excellent than the conventional construction method of structural.And for every two floors,the construction method with conventional construction method with hybrid construction method adopted is the best program;The time-history result shows that the time-history response of the structure under the action of hybrid construction conforms the requirements of the specification,and the small concrete hollow block is selected as the wall is safer than sintered porous shale bricks. |
