Combined with industry-university-research cooperation,In view of the central heating system of chang 'an district of xi 'an area,Around chang 'an thermal station 1# heat source heating system,90° arc bent pipe fluid flow characteristics were studied.Level network circulating water,comprehensive consumption of water coal energy and some operation indicators of heating system are analyzed,energy saving potential was analyzed.Based on the above analysis,the heat supply network intelligent building and the preliminary idea of ascension were putted forward.Specific research contents include:(1)The flow characteristics of fluid in 90° arc bending tube were simulated numerically by the RNG k-? model in software FLUENT,And the impact of Reynolds number Re,Radius ratio Rc/D,Relative roughness ?/D and fluid medium on local resistance were investigated respectively.And the velocity distribution and pressure distribution and the secondary vortex flow phenomena under Reynolds number Re and radius ratio Rc/D inside the tube were analyzed.Local drag coefficient and the length of local drag influence of Reynolds number Re and radius ratio Rc/D were analyzed.It was found that coefficient of local resistance ? exist similar partition rule with coefficient of frictional resistance ?,They are smooth area,transition area and the rough area.When flow state of pipe is turbulence,pressure and velocity distribution of curved pipe have nothing to do with fluid medium.The results can offer reference to selection of the bend and analysis of the local resistance loss.(2)By reference to 1 # heat source station of the thermal company for ? the 2013-2016 season heating boiler operation record ?,three heating period of 1# heat source were counted,the reason of the heating pipe network to fill with large amount of water was analyzed,the heating pipe network leakage inspection combining with the engineering case was described,the heating pipe network leakage inspection method was expounded,the technical measures to solve the pipeline leak was put forwarded,and the energy saving potential was analyzed.Based on the local standard DB37/778-778 "the comprehensive energy consumption of heating allowance",water,coal and energy consumption of 1 # heat source heating period for 2015-2016 was analyzed,and the consumption of water,coal and energy in the distribution of energy in the heating system was examined.Based on the national standard GB/T50893-50893 ? technical specification for heating system energy saving ?,primary part of the network running indexes of 2015-2016 annual heating period on the engineering case was analyzed.Based on that fill water,comprehensive energy consumption of water,coal and operation index for the project were analyzed,Intelligent level of the status quo about the heat source,the heating pipe system andheat exchange station with monitoring system were combed systematically,combined with related literature research,the preliminary scheme of intelligent building of the heating system heat source,the principle of instrument installation of primary pipe network,preliminary scheme of intelligent of remote transmission and preliminary scheme of remote control and regulate the heat exchange station with the intelligent monitoring system were proposed,and technical and economic feasibility was analyzed.
