Substation is an indispensable part of power system.The primary equipment owns the feature in intelligence: online direct monitoring,fault diagnosis and maintenance.The condition-based maintenance can be determined by monitoring the operation of the station equipment,accessing to data and prejudging the possibility of equipment failure.At present,it is particularly important to intelligently monitor substation in the construction of large-scale intelligent substation.The development of state monitoring device has a very important practical significance in promoting the research of intelligent substation.In this paper,the solutions and suggestions are proposed for the related electrical equipment maintenance of Donghe substation,which is helpful for the implementation of reliable technical strategy.The details are as follows:1.Contains maintenance technology at home and abroad and detailed analysis and comparison of different maintenance technology focusing on the history of condition-based maintenance in recent years;it expounds the necessity of the State maintenance reconstruction in 110 kV substation.2.Describes the primary and secondary equipment respectively.It introduces transformer,circuit breaker,GIS,relay protection as well as the application of corresponding intelligence monitoring methods.Finally,maintenance approach is proposed to meet with the characteristics.3.Combines the condition based maintenance concept and actual maintenance experience,put forward the implementation scheme of transformer oil chromatographic analysis,GIS PD online monitoring platform and grounding analysis method for 110 kV Donghe substation.4.Proposed secondary equipment state maintenance general framework based on IEC61850 communication standards,the feasibility is demonstrated from two aspects of software and mathematical model.Expert system and.NET platform are utilized in secondary equipment state maintenance system.
