Pervious concrete is an important material in the construction of modern city permeable pavement sponge,its development and application can effectively alleviate the city waterlogging disaster,according to the macroscopic physical properties of pervious concrete and raw materials which researchers have done a lot of research and ratio,and many important research results.But the porous structure of porous concrete is the key factor to determine the performance and complexity of pore space structure and disorder is a key and difficult point of pore,the present stage for complex pore structure state is not good description method,relatively few studies related.In view of the above reasons,this paper from two aspects of plane and space permeability Concrete pore analysis,and the concrete section image acquisition method and model reconstruction method are studied:1?Based on the pervious concrete pore 2D section image processing technology analysis,extraction of pore area,perimeter,equivalent diameter,fractal dimension,centroid,roundness,description of the pervious concrete pore structure profile coefficient,found that pore equivalent diameter of normal distribution,the equivalent diameter of a relatively small negative correlation with pore profile the average pore coefficient,short axis is about half of the long axis.2?The pervious concrete transverse and longitudinal pore pore analysis shows that the transverse pore by concrete influence way of molding,longitudinal pores less affected.Pore pore parameters and the mean longitudinal section transverse section are similar,with a pervious concrete mix ratio of the specimen,the transverse and longitudinal pore pore morphology basically the same.3?Analysis of aggregate particle size,porosity by using a single variable method,the water cement ratio of the number of equivalent pore diameter and cross section,distribution and effect of pore size and fractal dimension.The results show that the aggregate size of the pore parameters influence the most obvious effect,the effect of porosity is relatively small,and the water cement ratio is not obvious effect.The porosity and water cement ratio is mainly the change of pore size distribution gradation.Through detailed research on the porosity fitting relationship between fractal dimension and porosity,the relationship between compressive strength andpermeability and fractal dimension.At the same time and through different depth section of pore forming methods on specimen pore structure space Influence of distribution characteristics,study of molding respectively the lower and upper pore distribution on the influence.4?The method for obtaining the profile image sequence of concrete both at home and abroad to conduct research and analysis,to optimize the design of the existing concrete profile grinding equipment,put forward a concrete profile grinding device on concrete continuous profile imaging,this device can realize the minimum thickness for grinding sequence profile of 0.01 mm.And based on this device put forward a "simulated CT image sequence" the acquisition of image and standard processing method,image sequence extracted with economy,information integrity,and high flexibility.5 ? To reconstruct the sequence profile image by 3D reconstruction software,realize the pervious concrete aggregate,cementitious materials,separation and reconstruction of pore structure analysis by extraction phase,the pervious concrete specimen numerical model of pore space parameters,found that pore equivalent diameter is slightly less than the statistical numerical model of equivalent aperture section image extraction is proposed to calculate.Methods the total pore porosity and effective porosity,and verified for its effectiveness.By fitting the center line calculation of pore pore tortuosity,and establish the numerical model test provide a strong foundation for further finite element analysis.
