Field dynamic balancing is a dynamic balancing process which works on the shaft and the rack of the rotor itself,rather than a dedicated or general dynamic balancing machine.At the work site or test site,need to detect the state of rotor vibration before machine works.If the component fault problem does not comply with the operating standards,fault of rotating machine should be repaired during the rotor system dynamic balancing process.With the complexity of operating environments and different type of machine in practical engineering field dynamic balancing,it is easy to bring about lots of influencing factors to disturb the dynamic balancing.So analyzing and summarizing factors that affect the larger interference is necessary,which can ensure the reliability of the field dynamic balancing.Traditional dynamic balancing test usually amply the motor supports vibration because of unbalance to finish the amplitude and phase of the solution.It owns a single vibration response and not considered the influence of rotor dynamic balance as a result of motor vibration response in different directions with different characteristics problem.To high-speed rotor machine,the impact on the results is more obvious caused by differences in vibration responseFirst of all,for the question of motor with different vibration response in all directions.The kinetic analysis of the rotor system is carried out.Introduce and discuss application for the procession decomposition analysis method,establish simplified disc rotor model with different support characteristic in different directions.Secondly,research and summarize influencing factors of rigid rotor field dynamic balancing process.Discuss the influence for frequency,amplitude and phase of the collected vibration signal brought about by these factors.Use wavelet package decomposition algorithm to complete the state estimation and fault analysis of the rotor system during dynamic balance process.In the hardware system design and weight test process,adopt a reasonable method try to avoid errors,reduce the impact on the amount of vibration of rotor system caused by Electromagnetic and mechanicaland other factors.Finally,select the hardware device that conforms to the dynamic balance test parameter standard to design hardware system.The vibration signals of the rotor system in different directions and rotor speed are collected,pre-treat and stored.Combine LabVIEW and MATLAB realize the state estimation and fault diagnosis,base frequency signal extraction,analysis of Two-way Vibration Response,unbalanced calculation tasks of the rotor system.So that the field of dynamic balance has a stronger anti-interference ability to improve the dynamic balance accuracy.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that,by collecting different directions of different frequency vibration signal,to carry out feature layer information fusion and finish fault diagnosis an6 d analysis of Two-way Vibration Response,can reduce interference for dynamic balance caused by other factors,so as to effectively improve the field dynamic balance of measurement accuracy.
