| In recent years,in the vigorously developed and rational use of green energy situation,China’s small hydropower industry has been rapid development,the scale of the project has been expanding,power plant construction showing fruitful results.The small hydropower project has accelerated the comprehensive management and development of small and medium rivers,promoted the rational utilization of water resources,promoted the structural adjustment of local economy,and promoted the transformation of cropland to forest,ecological construction,environmental protection and sustainable development.Therefore,the increase in the number of small hydropower stations is bound to increase the demand for hydro-generating units,and because of the different natural conditions in different regions,such as hydrological and meteorological conditions,elevation,watershed range and other differences,the type of turbine generator and operational reliability and other indicators put forward higher requirements.This paper introduces the rapid development of small hydropower construction and the performance requirements of hydrothermal generators to meet the natural conditions such as large runoff variation and uneven water supply.Through the analysis of the hydrological data of the Dasangyuan hydropower station,determine installed capacity and put forward the first domestic double-pick-type hydro-generator set design,explain its structure,and working principle.At the same time,the operation characteristics of the double-picking hydro-generating unit are described,and the main wiring of the electrical connection is described.The maximum operating mode and the minimum operating mode are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the special requirements of the microcomputer monitoring and protection system,the I / O statistics is used to find the signal acquisition characteristics of the double-picking unit,and the optimal control scheme for the double-picking unit is proposed.At the same time,combined with the technical problems arising from the initial installation and operation of the Dasangyuan power station,the factors are analyzed positively,the unit components and the protection configuration are optimized,and the reliable improvement measures are put forward to ensure the good running status of the Dasangyuan power station.On the basis of the theoretical analysis,the reliability of the research results is verified by engineering practice. |
