Printing coating technology is a highly automatic and highly productive process technology,which can be used to produce high eligibility rate and reliable products and has been widely used in the printing electronics industry.In order to explore the application of the process in energy storage field and further expand the application of supercapacitors,the influence of the related parameters on electrochemical performance of the electrode was investigated.By optimizing the coating parameters,the electrode with excellent performance was obtained,and all solid state supercapacitors with practical application were finally prepared.The main research content is aimed at the problems encountered in the process of roll coating:(1)A coating transfer method has been developed to solve the problem of preparing uniform quality electrodes on porous foam nickel.Based on this method,the average capacitance specific capacity of 150F/g has been obtained,and compared with the traditional rolling method,it has nearly 25%lifting capacity,and has good repeatability and performance stability.(2)The application of silver nanowire as conductive agent instead of traditional conductive agent,acetylene black,in the field of energy storage was investigated.Coating properties of silver based nanowires were improved,and the conductivity and stability of the prepared carbon films were also improved.In addition,the specific capacity of active substances has been improved by nearly 40%.The amount of addition of 4%silver nanowires is more suitable for actual production.The thickness of the carbon film also has some influence on the performance of the device,and the optimum condition is 20?m.(3)Here,we first use solid electrolyte copolymer PVDF-HFP/succinonitrile/C6H11BF4N2(ionic liquid)to realize the 2.5V voltage window.By optimizing the proportion of the three,and the best ratio was determined to be 1:1:3.Furthermore,the influence of coating speed,coating speed ratio and coating layer number on the electrochemical performance of the R2R technology was investigated.By solving the technical problems encountered during the process and optimizing the parameters of the R2R process,we have explored a complete process for printing the carbon electrode of a supercapacitor.And a supercapacitor carbon electrode with uniform quality and excellent performance can be prepared on a large scale and in a continuous manner.In order to characterize the practical application value of the process,we charge the solid state supercapacitor with optimized electrode and optimized solid electrolyte to 2.5V to make the red LED of 1.5V work at normal level above 30s.
