| The quality of drinking water is directly related to the health,the production and living standard of people.Weakly electrolyzed reduced alkaline water(hereafter this text will be abbreviated as ERAW)is a kind of drinking water with good prospects for development due to its beneficial effects on human health.After purification of the raw water by a multi-stage filter,ERAW,with negative oxidation reduction potential and weak alkaline,is prepared by a special electrolytic device using principles of electrochemistry.To provide valuable references for the application and promotion of ERAW,this paper studies the main factors affecting its preparation,the best preparation conditions,establishes the mathematical model between the electrolysis conditions and the quality of ERAW,and evaluates its stability,then proposes the optimum storage conditions.In this paper,an electrolytic device is designed for preparing ERAW.The effects of main factors(electrolysis time,electrolysis voltage,electrode distance)on the quality of ERAW is preliminarily studied by single factor test,the degree of influence of various factors on the pH and ORP of ERAW is further studied through orthogonal test.The results shows that the pH of ERAW is positively correlated with electrolysis time and electrolysis voltage,and negatively correlated with electrode distance,and the order of degree from strong to weak is that: electrolysis time,electrolysis voltage,electrode distance.ORP is negatively correlated with electrolysis time and electrolysis voltage,and positively correlated with electrode distance,and the order of degree from strong to weak is that: electrolysis time,electrode distance,electrolysis voltage.The optimum preparation conditions of ERAW are obtained,that is,10 V for the electrolysis voltage,15 mm for the electrode distance,2 min for the electrolysis time.An effective quadratic regression equation is established between the test indexes(pH,ORP)and the preparation conditions(electrolysis time,electrolysis voltage,electrode distance).As the aspect of the stability and storage conditions of ERAW,the effects of storage conditions such as illumination,air,temperature,container material and container capacity on the stability of ERAW are studied through a 28-day storage test.The results show that the conditions of low temperature,light protection,sealing,and the 500 mL PE bottle are more conducive to the stabilization of ERAW’s quality.However,in general,the stability of ERAW is poor and it is not suitable for long-term storage.Therefore,the preparation of ERAW is more appropriate when it is needed. |
