Following the individuation of today,consumption markets and trends have changed dramatically when the custom consumption is beginning to move into the lives of ordinary people.Consumers were tired of standardized and fixed mode,which pursue a lifestyle of refinement,cultural interest and individuality.In recent years,with its unique artistic charms and exclusive and unique custom experiences,handmade product have been popular with younger consumers.The goal of custom service design of manual products is to,improve the service efficiency and level,satisfy customers' individual needs,and enhance the enterprises' development power by improving handmade products customization industr ries' service methods.The social environments with rapid economic development and general improvement of people's quality of life have promoted the development of handmade products customization,and the change of people's psychological concept under the influence of social environments have promoted the changes of consumers' demands.The custom service of handmade products needs to be realized through the agreement of enterprises' management systems with consumers' demands.This thesis collects data through the literature researchs,field visits and some other ways,analyzed the current problems of handmade products' customization industry.Take handmade leather as an example,research on the status and trend of customizing handmade leather goods and analyzing the characteristics and values of the handmade leather goods and the existing problems.The author studies the tools and methods for serve design,introduced the service design into custom system of handmade leather goods.The author discussed and summarized the user's custom flow chart of experiences and the user's online and offline contacts from the user's perspective,analysed the user's main demands and purchase experiences.From the perspective of company,the author made an analysis of customized service blueprint,custom business model and main service points analysises.Then the author put forward some suggestions for improvements of customized service system,designed an APP customized platform to optimize the means of custom service.By combining the actual cases to show the systematic customization process,the author hope to provide theoretical references for custom company of handmade leather to improve service ability and service quality,to provide users with the perfect custom experience.
