With the progress of society and the rapid development of manufacturing industry,the quality requirements of production parts are getting higher and higher.With the concept of intelligent manufacturing is proposed,the degree of automation of the measuring machine is also increasing rapidly.As a very important part of advanced production technology of intelligent manufacturing,Measurement technology is a necessary part of manufacturing technology.Traditional testing instruments and methods which have lagged behind the pace of development of the times can no longer meet the requirements of intelligent,automated,high-precision and high-efficiency.Therefore,the detection technology is moving in this direction step by step,to promote the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing.In this paper,we study the intelligent path planning technology based on SPC and CMM.Firstly,we use the statistical process control technology to monitor the steady state of the production.The quality characteristic values according to traditional statistical process control is required to obey Normal distribution.A study on the control of non-normal distribution characteristics based on Rayleigh distribution statistical control is proposed.In the path planning of intelligent detection intelligent recognition of features is the base of intelligent quality inspection planning system.The feature intelligent recognition of parts based on improved PSO neural network is studied.Key information of STEP neutral file is extracted,then the attribute adjacency graph is constructed and decomposed into the minimum subgraph as the input vector of the neural network.An improved particle swarm optimization the algorithm combined with BP neural network can intelligently identify part features.After determining the features to be detected,the number and distribution of measurement points are obtained based on the measurement information of the MBD parts and the measurement points are also analyzed.The set theory is proposed based multi-color to build the constrained model of the parts.Under the common constraint of multi-color set theory and detection rule,the coordinate and accuracy of the coordinate measuring machine in the detection process are optimized and the path planning is completed.The research of this topic is mainly to improve the detection intelligence and production detection efficiency and promote the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing.
