Abstract/Summary:
Researchers need CFD to provide accurate and effective aerodynamic data for aircraft design with the development of computational fluid dynamics.We have not fixed methods to select the parameters in commercial CFD software,although the CFD software is popular in the field of aircraft design.This thesis focuses on the parameters selection methods within boundary condition,turbulence equations,closure constants and pressure correction method in the whole aircraft CFD simulation,and verifies the proposed methods.The main contents of the thesis is summarized as follows:The first two chapters introduce the fundamental theories and development history of fluid mechanics.Firstly,the boundary conditions of Fluent are studied in aircraft CFD simulation,and the selected boundary conditions is similar with wind tunnel test.We research the RANS turbulence model using the DBM01 standard model(Low speed wind tunnel standard model)to determine the turbulence model in aircraft CFD simulation.Next,the orthogonal test method is used to obtain the two most significant closure constants of the SA turbulence equation in aircraft CFD simulation.We apply the Lagrange interpolation function,which is established by closure constants and the angle of attack,to improve the computational accuracy.Further,the pressure correction method for the aircraft CFD simulation is studied,and the Coupled method is selected.We provide the recommended values by uniform test of the constants in the Coupled methodWe apply the proposed methods for DBM01 standard model CFD simulation.The numerical simulation results are compared with wind tunnel test and default parameters where in fluent to verify the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.This chapter carries out the aerodynamic data of Swallow aircraft by the proposed modified method,and the flight simulation is realized by the OSG platform.The simulation results are agreement with the actual performance of the aircraft.
