In the development process of Yutong commercial vehicle,it is necessary to complete the design of tolerance of thousands of parts.In order to achieve the set quality target,efficient and accurate tolerance analysis control has become an important part of tolerance design.But compared with the passenger car,Yutong Bus in the vehicle development process,backward design,tolerance control and management,mainly reflected in the analysis of the dimension and tolerance of the management work has not been carried out and a comprehensive application in the design process,design of tolerance is based on the experience of precipitation,this method of tolerance not suitable for Yutong business vehicle,because of the size of the problem is discovered until the products produced,if this time the business vehicle structure change,tolerance optimization,not only affects the commercial vehicle production schedule,also need to invest a lot of cost.To expand the application of the size of commercial vehicle size tolerance Yutong simulation in the development process: according to the basic theory of tolerance,the establishment of Yutong commercial vehicle body size tolerance development process;using computer tolerance simulation software,using Monte Carlo algorithm,through the establishment of the virtual prototype model,the simulation of body tolerance design for commercial vehicles,and collect the actual production data,the tolerance analysis of the reliability of the simulation are determined;finally determine the commercial vehicle body size tolerances technical scheme of die,fixture and gauge design planning,building process measurement and control file.Through project practice,Yutong business car achieved in production,through the establishment of virtual prototype engineering system,complete optimization,tolerance design,body assembly,problem size tolerance reduces the physical prototype manufacturing activities,to achieve reduced size matching and for multi round physical prototype trial activities,save the project development cycle and cost.
