With the development of science and technology,the existing production pattern has been unable to meet the growing demand for personalization and the visual production required by the market.The concept of smart factory arises at the historic moment under such a demand background.The research of smart factory and its key technologies is of great significance for promoting the transformation of production pattern.Therefore,this paper takes smart factory as the research object,and the following contents will be studied:This paper analyzes the existing smart factory theory at home and abroad,identifies the smart factory and its basic characteristics,establishes the frame structure of smart factory from three aspects of system level,software level and hardware level using Cyber-Physical System(CPS),and then discusses the smart factory evaluation criterion.Take the lead-acid battery industry as an example,this paper analyzes the traditional manufacturing process of lead-acid battery,put forward specific improvement scheme and implementation of automation applications,such as the high-speed stacking system of lead-acid battery used to collect lead-acid battery automatically,the intelligent AGV car logistics system used to transport materials and productions,the intelligent warehouse management system used to storage things and the warehouse control system for managing workshop equipment.A central control software is designed based on CPS for the smart factory of lead-acid battery.The software can real-time communicates with every system,monitors and manages the high-speed stacking system of lead-acid battery,the intelligent AGV car logistics system,the intelligent warehouse management system and other equipment.Finally,the summary and prospects of the project is presented.
