In recent years,the South China Sea border has been conflicting continuously.America returned to the Asia Pacific and many states stept in the South China Sea issue along with military equipment and expenditure increased in many countries,which makes the sea battlefield situation increasingly serious.So it is an inexorable trend to improve maritime targets' reconnaissance and anti-reconnaissance capability,stealth and anti-stealth ability as well as management and control ability of the sea surface battlefield.Meanwhile,enhancing the study of the composite electromagnetic scattering characteristics of the rough sea surface and the moving vessel is becoming an important means.In the practical sea war,the vessels are always in the state of moving,and their moving direction and speed is random.At the present stage,the study on the composite electromagnetic scattering of the rough sea surface and the stationary vessel is universal,but the composite scattering problem taking the “double Doppler effect” which caused by the vessel moving into account is rarely reached by scholars.The paper mainly studies the electromagnetic scattering of rough sea surface and moving vessel,and the composite electromagnetic scattering characteristics of 2D moving vessel on1 D rough sea surface.The main work of the paper include:1,The present situation at home and abroad was researched based on composite scattering of the rough sea surface and vessel.2,A 1D random rough surface model was established based on the Monte Carlo method,introducing the 1D rough surface under the Gauss spectrum and the spectral index spectrum,and 1D rough sea surface under the PM sea spectrum and the JONSWAP sea spectrum,the each parameter which has influence on the sea surface was analyzed.By building composite model of 2D vessel on 1D rough sea surface,composite electromagnetic scattering coefficient of 2D vessel on 1D rough sea surface was calculated by using the moments method(MOM),and the various parameters conditions which have effect on the composite electromagnetic scattering coefficient of 2D vessel on 1D rough sea surface were analyzed.So the reference is provided for the next analysis of the composite electromagnetic scattering of 2D moving vessel on 1D rough sea surface.3,On the basis of the principle of finite difference time domain(FDTD),the composite electromagnetic scattering coefficients of 2D moving vessel on 1D rough sea surface were calculated by the FDTD method.The composite electromagnetic scattering coefficients of 2D vessel on 1D rough sea surface calculated by the FDTD was compared with the result whichwas calculated by the MOM.Finally,the various parameters conditions which have influence on the composite electromagnetic scattering coefficient of 2D moving vessel on 1D rough sea surface were analyzed and summarize the law.4,Based on the parallel advantages of GPU,the composite electromagnetic scattering coefficients of 2D moving vessel on 1D rough sea surface were calculated quickly by GUP.The composite electromagnetic scattering coefficients of 2D vessel on 1D rough sea surface calculated by the FDTD parallel method was compared with the result which is calculated by FDTD,and effectiveness of the FDTD parallel method is validated.Finally,the various parameters conditions which have influence on the composite electromagnetic scattering coefficient of the 2D moving vessel on 1D rough sea surface were analyzed by the FDTD parallel method.Through the above work,the FDTD and the FDTD parallel method were used to analyze the composite electromagnetic scattering characteristics of 2D moving vessel on 1D rough sea surface,and the research on the composite electromagnetic scattering of rough sea surface and warships was enriched.For maritime targets' reconnaissance and anti-reconnaissance,there is a certain application value about the research on the composite electromagnetic scattering characteristics of rough sea surface and moving warships.
