AIS(Automatic Identification System)has been applied widely and rapidly in shipping industry.AIS can realize identification and information exchanging between ships or ship-shore efficiently and precisely.It plays an important role in marine navigation,collision avoidance,marine traffic management,land and sea rescue coordinationg and so on.But when using an AIS and decoding AIS message,it realised that several unreliable phenomena exist.These phenomena influence the function of AIS seriously.When dynamic information losing,it may cause a huge position error.The deck officer can hardly realise the error and may misunderstand the positon of other ships.In finally,it may lead to a ship collision.This thesis aims to make a research on the design of comeplet system for AIS dynamic information.Collecting and decoding AIS message largely.Analyzing the AIS information after decoded and realise the unreliable phenomena,seven phenomena are listed below:AIS static information inputted incorrectly,AIS voyage related message inputted incorrectly,AIS repeat station not conform to standard,the edition of AIS is low generally,continuous same information,the lack of control for AIS on land and the lossing of dynamic information.The analysis of these phenomena is made in a systematical way and solutions are also given in this thesis.Since the lossing of dynamic information make a seriously influence to navigation safety,a dynamic information statistic system is designed to analyze how the factors affect the lossing of dynamic information.Advice of using AIS information is given to deck officer.In finally,using an adaptive exponential weighted attenuation memory method kalman fitter to design a AIS dynamic informatin complete system,and accomplish the system with MATLAB 2013 a.Through the contrast experiment.it was proved that the kalman fitter which used by this thesis is superior to the classical kalman fitter.The AIS dynamic complete system can complete the lossing information,offer accurate position information to deck officer and traffic management department.
