As a kind of steam turbine,the low power wet steam turbine is mainly used in the low-load work place.Compared with the high power steam turbine,it has the characteristics of low initial steam parameters and simple thermodynamic system.Due to the complexity of the actual situation,the low power wet steam turbine is also designed in a variety of forms.Due to the lack of corresponding thermal design analysis program to provide technical support for the design,the thermal analysis and program development of steam turbine are carried out.In this paper,the basic process of thermal design of the low power wet steam turbine is analyzed.After the completion of the thermal design,this paper uses the C# language to compile the whole thermal design program,and designs the visual interface of the program.After the completion of the thermal design work,this paper also analyzes the thermodynamic performance of the steam turbine under variable working conditions,and then writes the program of the thermal performance analysis under variable conditions.Finally,this paper analysis program is analyzed and a steam turbine thermal design analysis of steam turbine design,early effects of blade height and the relative humidity of the final steam parameters;when the condition is changed,the law into the steam flow effect on the power and efficiency of the whole machine.then the practical application of the program is completed.
