Reinforced concrete structures are widely used in modern buildings such as skyscraper,bridges and tunnels.However,structural damage caused by corrosion of steel bars has seriously affected the service life of buildings.As the corrosion of steel within the concrete is a very slow process,the continuity of corrosion testing of steel is very important.In this paper,the resistivity method is applied to the detection system that is based on the existing detection methods,which can be used to solve the problem of that the development of rebar corrosion testing equipment is slow and cannot meet the needs of domestic concrete structure applicationin China.In this paper,the detection circuit of the monitoring system is developed,which provides a reference for continuous corrosion detection of concrete reinforcement.The main research works are as follows:1)Proposed a Butterworth filter algorithm for small collected signals in the process of measuring the large resistance of reinforced concrete corrosion detection.The process of signal detection shows that when the measured resistance reaches 100kΩ,the sampling signal is only 0.1m Vand the effects of power frequency signal and the spatial magnetic field on the acquisition system is very obvious,to extract the useful signal,the design of Butterworth filter based on MATLAB simulation,and the filtering principle of Butterworth.2)The hardware design scheme of the corrosion detection system of concrete reinforced concrete with the STM32 chip as the core is selected,and the circuit design of the circuit module in the system design is selected and detailed circuit design,including: STM32 minimum system control circuit,power supply A power supply circuit,an A/D conversion circuit,a signal amplification circuit,a signal generation circuit,a wireless communication circuit,and the like.3)This article completed the design and development of the system software part,including the upper computer part and the lower computer part.The design and implementation of the PC part adopts C# language to complete the relevant interface;the lower part of the machine is used C language to realize the signal acquisition and processing,wireless transmission and other related functions,and displayed by the form of a flowchart.4)Through the analysis of a large number of test data,and compared with the standard test instrument measurement data,this article determine the feasibility of the design scheme in reinforced concrete corrosion detection.
