Flexible green retaining wall as a new type of green retaining structure,which combines the technical advantages of new composite materials such as flexible fiber web and composite fiber rope,reduces the amount of reinforced concrete,and solves the problems caused by construction waste.After the completion of the construction of the retaining wall can be planted green plants,this approach is in line with the concept of green.And because of its unique technical advantages,flexible green retaining wall in the engineering practice has been widely used.However,relative to other rigid retaining walls,the study on the failure mechanism and stability factors of the retaining wall is not mature enough,and the theory lags behind the engineering practice.This passage is based on the slope greening projects of a certain city in Shandong province.On the basis of the research status of flexible green retaining wall,the influence factors and failure mechanism of the slope are analyzed by numerical simulation.Firstly,the parameters in the geological survey report are selected.The finite element model of the actual project is established by using the parameters,and the simulation is carried out.Then we verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation model by comparing it with the test results.The effects of different factors such as cross section,retaining wall height,wall thickness,soil elastic modulus,soil Poisson 's ratio,foundation depth and ultimate load on the stability of retaining wall were compared.The main contents are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the concept of flexible green retaining wall,and summarizes the structural requirements and characteristics of the retaining wall.And compared with the traditional retaining wall in the five aspects of material,external load,fixed connection,integrity,maintenance and so on.(2)It is calculated that the earth pressure corresponding to the trapezoidal section is higher than that of the rectangular section,and the flexible green retaining wall with rectangular cross section is superior to the trapezoidal section in the horizontal displacement control,which shows that the structural characteristics of rectangular section retaining wall is better than trapezoidal section.(3)In the form of a rectangular cross section,the relationship between the five influencing factors which include retaining wall height,wall thickness,soil elastic modulus,soil Poisson 's ratio,foundation depth and the distribution law of the earth pressure distribution and the displacement denaturation..(4)This paper summarizes the common failure modes of flexible green retaining walls and generalizes the damage and various characteristics of each type according to the three types of external failure modes,internal failure modes and local failure modes.The finite element results show that the maximum tensile force of the composite fiber rope is higher than the allowable tension when the uniform load reaches 44 KPa under the ultimate load,so that the retaining wall is damaged.In this paper,the structure of the composite fiber lapping rope in the retaining wall is put forward.This reasonable arrangement can take into account both the structural safety and the economic benefit.
