Comparative Study On The Spaces Of NORCs And DORCs Based On Afforden Participation

The problem of population aging has seriously affected and restricted the development of China's economy and society.Through the analysis of the present situation and development trend of the aged,the characteristics and needs of the elderly,and the research status of the elderly community at home and abroad,the author analyzes the urban The construction of the elderly community,and the combination of China's specific national conditions,cultural background and the construction of our elderly homes to explore the NORCs(Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities)in the development process of the formation of the reasons for the participation of space,found that the traditional retirement community Factor,and extract this factor and apply it to the DORCs(Deliberately Occurring Retirement Communities).It is of great theoretical and practical significance to solve the development of urban elderly in China and to solve the urban livable environment.The typical community in Qingdao as the research scope,to the elderly community space as the research object,according to the needs of the elderly in Qingdao to study the characteristics of elderly community participation in urban planning,the main contents include the following aspects:The comparison of spatial morphology,residents' life form,community management pattern,texture scale and social relationship among three groups of NORCs and DORCs in Qingdao were selected to find out the factors that were suitable for senile participatory space and NORCs and not in DORCs;A survey of residential satisfaction and community participation in the elderly population of Qingdao,and to understand the main factors influencing elderly residents' satisfaction and community participation;This paper analyzes the spatial participation of NORCs in Qingdao,and puts forward the important role of informal space to meet the old people's sense of identity and community participation;Based on the concept of additive participation,this paper puts forward the method of optimizing and reconstructing the spatial participation of DORCs in Qingdao City,and elaborates from the aspects of leisure communication,culture and education and sports space respectively;Through the engineering examples of the construction plan of Mingde Town in Qingdao City,the above-mentioned methods are validated and the guiding opinions on the future construction of DORCs.
