After electrolysis of ionized water generator,there are large quantities of flocculent impurities in the ionized water.Some flocculent impurities will attach to the surface and electrode of ionized water generator.Traditional ionized water generator is rinsed manually and it is very inconvenient.The alkali water cannot be drunk immediately after pouring out,and it takes a certain time for precipitation and then is drunk.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the ionized water generator,so that it has the function of self-cleaning and removal of impurities to meet the needs of people.In this article,an ionized water generator with an self-cleaning structure and the capability of effectively removing impurities are designed by analyzing the existing problems in the process use of traditional ionized water generator.In terms of mechanical system,the design of the mechanical structure has been completed,including electrolysis device,filter device,electrode and inner wall spraying device,and introduced the working principle of ionized water generator in detail.The driving motor is checked to make the motor life longer.By using ANSYS software,the connecting rod with important connecting function is analyzed and calculated by finite element method,based on the analysis results,the connecting rod is improved to meet the requirements of strength and rigidity,that improves the reliability and life of mechanical products.The control system takes the MCU as the control core,and designs the driving circuit of each part according to the design requirements,including the pump driving circuit,the liquid level sensor driving circuit and so on.By using the Keil uVision2 development tool,adopting the modularization idea,the program is written by using C language.This design realizes the production,filtration and automatic cleaning of alkaline ionic water,and solves the inconvenient problem of cleaning the impurities on the inner wall and electrode artificially,and improves the market competitiveness of products.
