In orderto ensure the safety of high-iron bridge pier,combined with the operating characteristics of highways and high-speed railways,in this paper,the impact of a new highway project on the pier of a high-speed railway passenger dedicated railway bridge is studied and analyzed.In view of the special geological conditions of this section,considering the technical requirements of the foundation bearing capacity,foundation settlement,and anti-collision of the bridge pier,the safety protection and disposal technologies are put forward according to the relevant technical standards,including the anti-collision of the pier,the design of traffic safety,the design of the drainage design,etc.On this basis,the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to evaluate and analyze the scheme of safety protection and treatment.Combined with the long-term on-site monitoring of the Ji-Qi Expressway under the high-speed rail passenger dedicated line,the theoretical evaluation results are compared with the actual monitoring The results of comparative analysis of the new construction of Ji-Qi Expressway under the Zhengxu high-speed passenger railway line of the safety protection technology solutions for the reliability of the program were verified.This article through on-site monitoring and safety evaluation analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of basic effects,the theoretical analysis shows that the construction and operation of the high-speed expressway under "Zheng-Chi" high-speed railway project under high-speed construction project in Ji-Ji have a certain impact on the bearing capacity of high-speed railway bridge pile foundation,The design has increased but the impact on the foundation of the high speed railway bridge pile is within the allowable range to meet the safety requirements of high speed rail operation.(2)In the aspect of foundation settlement,considering the actual situation of the construction and operation of the new construction of Ji-Qi based on the current safe disposal plan,the settlement of high-speed railway bridges caused by the theoretical analysis can meet the requirements of high-speed railway for foundation settlement.The actual monitoring results show that the settlement of high-speed railway piers changes slightly during the construction of Ji-Qi Expressway,and the settlement changes gradually stabilize.After the high-speed rail starts to operate,the settlement of high-speed rail piers changes again in a short period of time,and all within the allowable range of variation of subsidence of high-speed railway piers.Meanwhile,the influence on the longitudinal and transverse elastic displacements of pier top of high-speed railway piers are also within the allowable range of the code to meet the safety requirements of high speed railway operation.(3)In the aspect of anti-collision of high-speed railway bridge piers,the cross-section of piers is checked and considering the impact force of the car,the cross-section strength and eccentricity of pier piers and the longitudinal and transverse elastic displacements of pier top are all within the allowable range of norms,to meet the safety requirements of high-speed rail operations(4)In order to further ensure the safety of high-speed rail operation and reduce the impact of high-speed railway piers on large vehicles,relevant safety protection technologies are proposed,including the anti-collision of the pier structure,traffic safety design and drainage design.These provide a good technical basis for the related engineering design and construction.
