Marine incinerators are the main anti-pollution equipment used on ships.They are mainly used for handling solid wastes and sludge generated during the operation of ships.However,if the incineration process is not well controlled,serious secondary pollution will occur.With the development of the international shipping market in recent years,the number of vessels in the world is rapidly increasing.The pollution of ships' garbage has become an environmental issue of concern to the whole world.As the largest developing country,China has become the second largest economy in the world after decades of development.However,with the development of economy accompanied by economic and light environment,China has quietly become the most urgent issue to be solved in recent years problem.In recent years,countries have developed a number of policies of environmental protection,emission demand is higher and higher,make be put into use in the early years of incinerator emission quality is not up to standard,used as a navigation colleges and universities for the teaching of Marine incinerator has also show students cannot start burning process and field training,and the new rules have raised the ship into the offshore area of emissions requirements,the use of the incinerator on board is also limited.Emissions control technology are in urgent need of improvement of quality.According to the Tianjin Maritime Vocational College training rooms incinerator a sample of the injector effluent oil atomization quality simulation and according to the result of incinerator dirty oil burning simulations.At first,this Paper analyzes the present situation of ship's garbage disposal technology,as well as the influencing factors on the quality of the ship garbage burning,determine the direction of the numerical simulation,according to the need to provide the related calculation and numerical simulation using the model,and then the atomization quality of incinerator injector optimization simulation,determine the amount of compressed air assisted atomization combustion in 22.5 kg/h,atomization pressure is 0.7 MPa,compressed air outlet Angle of 30° when the quality is good,and its use in oil combustion simulation,verify the atomization quality under the Parameters of combustion effect is good,and analyzes the dirty oil burning simulation results,such as distribution of the temperature field is obtained and some of the products of combustion characteristics.For Marine incinerator sewage sludge combustion efficiency and provide theoretical basis for stable operation of control.Through the analysis of the improvement of for Part of the incinerator also use played a guiding role.
