The precast box girder of high speed railway is formed by the external shape of the box girder formed by the end die,the outer die and the inner mold,and then the concrete is poured into the shape.Compared with the general beam simply supported box beam,when they have the same beam is high,the strength,stiffness and its stability are better than the latter,the middle of the box girder with open hole,forming a good overall performance,convenient construction,material saving and single box section;at the same time it can effectively take the positive and negative moment the roof and floor reinforcement cage great can also satisfy the need of reinforcement;and application of double line prestressed simply supported box girder in passenger dedicated railway and highway bridge construction in the more common,the static and stability properties for transportation safety.The design of a simply supported double line prestressed precast box beam template is the guarantee for rapid production of box girder.The safety and reliability of its structure and the amount of deformation that it satisfies is the premise for ensuring the safety of box girder production.Precast box girder internal model for high-speed railway is the most important part of box girder formwork,so it has certain significance for structural analysis and optimization design of precast box girder internal die.In this paper,a fully automatic hydraulic box is used as an example in the fuyang system of fuyang system,which is used to analyze and construct the structure and structure of this simple box girder.The design content mainly includes the end-section template,the external mold and the inner mold system and other parts of the brief overview.The hydraulic internal mould can be used to control the hydraulic valve of the relevant internal module to realize the stripping,which is very convenient and fast.In the installation process,the template has the characteristics of high installation accuracy and fast speed.In addition,the hydraulic internal model because of its high degree of automation,stripping the advantages of convenient,so that when the box girder forming move more convenient,then introduced the internal model of the installation steps and procedures.The structure of the inside of the box girder is unusually complex,and generally it can be divided into three sections by section type: middle section,variable section and end section.In order to make the structure clear,we can use three-dimensionalanalysis software UG,PRO/E and Solidworks to make its three-dimensional graph.In this article we box girder in the template section,for example,summarizing composition,32 meters box girder cross section in the template three-dimensional figure by Solidworks 3 d design software rendering drawing,the box girder structure is very visually displayed.In the third chapter,the structural analysis of the components used in the construction of zhengfu line is carried out to ensure its strength,stiffness and stability.In the fourth chapter will be an important part of automatic box girder template section in the panel by finite element software Solidworks Simulasion has carried on the finite element analysis,and the internal model of the cross section of the panel static and deformation analysis,After the analysis,the stress distribution in the prefabricated box beam is obtained under the constraint and load.The calculation results show that the initial design template may have stiffness problems in the process of use,which will affect the service life of the inner mould and the production quality of the box girder.Using the MATLAB software in the fifth chapter of box girder internal model template system oil cylinder and the screw of the ear plate layout optimization solution,to ensure that the internal model template upper die and the lower side of the die after complete shrinkage,can form a suitable form can smoothly through the end section cross section smaller space.And use SolidWorks draw the internal model of the three-dimensional design of the section,and carries on the simulation analysis,a certain sense,demonstrated the validity of the internal model structure optimization results,the internal model after the contract takes up minimal space,convenient and demoulding,established the MATLAB software to optimize the universality and practicality.At present,the model of the prefabricated high iron box girder developed by the steel structure branch of China railway 10 bureau has been put into use in fuyang system,and the box girder is used for the construction of the railway construction.The research results of this paper have some reference value and theoretical value for the future manufacture and improvement of box girder.
