As a product of modern science and technology,Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)has been widely used in military affairs,which has some notable features such as flexibility,high concealment,zero casualties etc.In the war between the United States and Iraq,the United States has deployed more than 10 kinds of UAV,for target acquisition,reconnaissance,target assessment,fire support and other aspects which played a very important role.Therefore,it is necessary to dig this hole a little deeper in this field.This project belongs to the ground investigation sub-system of UAV research program,focuses on the R&D of antenna tracking control system.It requires the ground mobile station can identify the UAV automatically,target and track it quickly,establish stable data link channel,and transmit data at any time.The above requirements are necessary in any terrain because the sub-system is mobile station.This thesis started with the design target of antenna subsystem,introduced the structure,choice and design of the antenna,then discusses the overall design scheme of the servo tracking mode,including the selection of tracking mode,the selection and transformation of coordinate system,the selection and design of stabilized platform,the selection of angle encoding mode.On basis of the overall servo design scheme,we began to introduce the hardware design of the servo system,including ACU and ADU,and mono-pulse tracking receiver for peripheral device.In the design of ACU,we put ARM control box(Zhongqian technology company)as the core,build a platform for human-computer interaction,elaborates the connection and control of ARM box on the keyboard and LCD,GPS and compass,and introduces the selection of GPS and compass,peripheral circuit,design of communication interface.In the design of ADU,we use C8051F040 microcontroller as the core,build CAN bus circuit and the design of pulse generation device with the CPLD chip as the motor drive circuit.Protection circuit is built by voltage-controlled switch,photoelectric isolation module and the selection of motor driver and motor.After the introduction of hardware design,the software design was introduced.It started from the overall structure design of servo control software,then we introduce the main function of the main control program running on the ARM chip,and drive control program on the C8051F040 microcontroller,and the main function of the drive program on CPLD chip.At last,the operation process of the system was introduced.When the design was completed,the whole servo system debugging processes were introduced,which benefits equipment from production to utility.Based on the above design,the performance of the antenna system was tested.The results show that the application of this system can achieve accurate and rapid tracking of UAV,and reliable operation of the system realize the research objectives,and the servo tracking section has the advantages of simple mechanism with high performance.
