Square originated in the United States,initially applied to military,all equipped with the cars,has high mobility,according to different needs,in its internal structure design accordingly,related equipment installation,with specific function.Are widely used in the mobile command system,communications,medical,logistics,etc.,is one of the important equipment of mobile forces.China mobile forces since the 80 s began rushing development work,after years of development,now has the international advanced technology level,in order to meet the needs of modern warfare,the further research.This paper main research work includes the following four parts:(1)the field maintenance car application structure design.Respectively from the choice of the cars,the layout of the vehicle,the design of the module of field maintenance van for the overall structural design.(2)modified vehicle performance analysis.The modified field repair vehicle driving stability analysis.Stability analysis,axle load distribution calculation including the centroid position,the longitudinal stability and lateral stability calculation.(3)the application of electromagnetic shielding design.According to electromagnetic shielding theory,analyzing the various factors of square electromagnetic leakage,this paper briefly describes the application of the shielding principle and theoretical calculation method,and probes into the application structure design is stated about electromagnetic shield.(4)the application security system design.Power supply and distribution system design,grounding and lightning protection system design.Presented in this paper the model and the data are available for reference for other square or similar structure system analysis,has a certain theoretical significance and application value.
