This paper stems from the enterprise production practice.The main content is to design and develop the five stages planetary gear reducer which applied in the core driving device of leaching treatment process.The operating mode is characterized by low speed and high torque.The principal research contents and achievements are as follows:Firstly,according to the operating conditions and output load requirements,complete the gear transmission parameters calculation and check combined with domestic materials and heat treatment process.Then by force analysis,the calculation method of the double sides torque support device is put forward,and the design of the balance supporting structure is solved.Secondly,the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the structure of planetary carrier of the key transmission parts,and the strength and stiffness are ensured.Meanwhile,the vibration and noise caused by the external excitation and the internal transmission are avoided by modal analysis.Thirdly,using the physical meaning and mathematical algorithm of thermal power to carry out the calculation of temperature and thermal power of the reducer with load,and the method of improving the thermal power of the reducer is also analyzed.Fourthly,analyze all stages of gear engagement process and determine the lubrication state by calculating the minimum oil film thickness.Recommend the use of suitable lubricating oil and feasible extreme pressure additions.And put forward the effective gear lubrication and lubrication management strategy.This paper is focus on design,modeling and analysis,which is of certain directive significance in independent design and development of planetary reducer in mixing waste of leaching reactor. |
