| Space radiation environment particles detection has become the focus of human research space environment.Space high-energy charged particles caused by single particle effect is a serious threat to the safety or performance of the spacecraft and space,space high-energy charged particles detection for ensuring the safety of the spacecraft and astronauts,reducing or eliminating the high-energy charged particles to the harm of spacecraft and astronauts,and other relevant space engineering applications and scientific research are very necessary.This paper,according to the theory of space high-energy charged particles proton electronics for research.Analog semiconductor sensor output of current pulse signal as the proton electronic system of signal source,analog sensor output signal after charge preamplifier,a zero adjustment and baseline recovery after signal conditioning amplifier,signal is sent to the ADC module for signal acquisition and conversion,reading by FPGA digital signal after through the serial transmission to the PC.Using MATLAB software to measure the proton electronic data processing,get the proton electronic pulse amplitude and energy classification,analysis of measurement data validation,it is concluded that the precision and stability of the system measurement data,provide the basis for the reliability of the system.Article introduces in detail the proton electronic hardware components and software design,first of all introducing the space application in the detection of several particle identification method,the detection system of the pole zero cancellation and involved in baseline recovery principle is described,through the analysis of the dynamic system verify the feasibility of design scheme in theory,comprehensive analysis of the factors that affect the system,puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,second,through repeated tests on the system,test,and confirm the design of the system in accordance with the relevant technology of the technical requirements of the proposed indicators,illustrates system design reliable and efficient. |
