| Feeding system is responsible for providing ammunition continuous supply in naval gun system in warfare,is an important part of the naval gun system.With the complication of the combat situation and the diversification of the bullet type,the requirements to supply mission of feeding system become higher and higher.In order to improve the work efficiency of feeding system under the new situation,researches on dispatching strategy of ammunition also become the key to solve the supply efficiency problems of ammunition.The present study is based on the comprehensive analysis of previous studies of dispatching ammunition.Taking the intergration feeding system as the object,the dispatching scheme of multi-bullet supplying is proposed;with the combination of the basic mission of feeding system and the requirements of dispatching scheme,the author puts forward the adaptive structure scheme of feeding system;the dynamic and logical characteristics of dispatching scheme are analyzed by establishing the dynamic model of discrete event for feeding system;finally,the simulation model for the dispatching process of the feeding system is built in this paper and the performance of the proposed dispatching strategy will be verified via the design of experiments.First of all,in terms of the research methods of analyzing the schedule comprehensively,combining the structure and operating principle of the feeding system,the paper proposed the dispatching scheme under the sort of ordination and cluster method.According the ammunition feeding rules,the dynamic clustering method adapting to the dispatching progress of intergration feeding system is presented individually and the corresponding dispatching strategy under random condition is obtained using the calculation of dynamic clustering method.Secondly,according to the basic function of feeding system,the paper puts forward the basic structure model of the supply integration system;in order to realize the sorting cluster scheduling strategy proposed and the adjustment of ammunition position,the paper proposes the adaptive clustering structure for the bullet using Lagrange equation for practical structure to establish dynamics model.Once again,around the possible conflict in the process of supplying accordance with dispatching schemes for supply integrated feeding system,Petri net model is built for system.Through the analysis of the dynamic properties and structural properties of the obtained network system,getting properties such as accessibility,deadlock and trap,the advance scheme for the system is proposed in this paper.Finally,the paper established the simulation dispatching process model,and verified system performance as well as the efficiency of the sort of clustering dispatching strategy.The matlab/stateflow is applied to establish the simulation model of random bullet for the rules and the Petri net established.The boundary conditions of simulation experiments is controlled by setting the generation of random numbers;and the reversibility,accessibility of bullet supply and the high efficiency of dispatching strategy under random condition is verified by analyzing the process of simulation experiments and results.In the present study,based on sequencing cluster dispatching method,the dynamic clustering method for the ammunition feed process of integration system is proposed as well as its adaptive structure.This paper analyzed the feasibility and efficiency of dispatching strategy for integration system by using the model and simulation of dispatching process,which has a certain reference value for improving the efficiency of the feeding system in the future. |
