| The power plant automatic gateway meter reading system is an important computer supporting device.It mainly realizes these functions,such as automatic meter reading and monitor of sending or receiving gateway and important assess meter,query analysis for energy load survey at local power plant,statistics for sending or receiving electricity,assess computing by plan electric energy curve,line loss computing,electric energy report,and ect.It is an important tool for electricity settlement and competitive bidding between power plant and electric market center also.It consists of full electronic multi-functions meter,energy remote terminal unit,dispatch data network and automatic meter reading master.The lost phenomenon of electricity curve records had been spotted for eRTU of project team’s co-enterprise,and the automatic meter reading master software needed upgrade because they based on Windows 2000 and SQL Server 2000 which they had been gone out of bussiess.Project:study and product design were started aimed at user’s specification,and there are important practical application value.The main studies of this paper include:First,the design technology of eRTU were lucubrated.A new load curve display interface was added,and manual setting function was added too.Once the power load curve records were lost,the data could be set by the method of manual setting.Second,the eRTU communicates with billing system master of the control center to send billing data by dispatching data network.According to the requirement of co-enterprise,the integrated design of the data network was completed for power plant.Third,the automatic meter reading master software was upgraded based on Windows 2012 and SQL Server 2010 by C#.net 2010.Fourth,after the system design was completed,various functions were tested one by one,to ensure that the system is upgraded to stable and reliable operation.The main difficulties and innovation points include the following two aspects:(1)Lost problem of one hour load curve records for an eRTU when a leap year to switch to the next year.(2)The multi-layer header design of electricity query and analysis table and statistical graphics output interface used by new control.After the project research,system design and application software design were completed finally based on the requirements of co-enterprise specification,this project has achieved the desired objectives. |
