Fin/Rudder roll stabilization system is a new kind of ship roll reduction device,which is mainly applied to improve roll reduction and control the ship course.With the shortage of resources,how to reduce energy consumption is a key problem of the Fin/Rudder roll reduction system.It is a new tendency for ship roll reduction system.As far as various control algorithms of the Fin/Rudder roll reduction system highlight the roll reduction efficiency and the ship course control precision.However,considering the problems of the system energy optimization is fewer.Therefore,this paper studies the Fin/Rudder roll stabilization system as well as energy optimization by referring to domestic and foreign relevant literature,the performance index of the Fin/Rudder roll stabilization system is established,which has been optimized using the improved multi-objective genetic algorithms.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the nonlinear 4-DOF mathematical model is established,and the forces and moments of Fin/Rudder roll reduction system are given,they consist primarily of hydrodynamic forces and moments,propeller propulsion forces and moments,rudder forces and moments,fin forces and moments.According to the ship sailing on the sea environment,the ship motion environment disturbance is analyzed,which includes ocean wave,current and wind of the mathematical model.Secondly,from the perspective of the fin and rudder,the performance index is established.The roll angle variance,fin angle variance and energy consumption of fin stabilizer system are analyzed to establish the performance indicators of the fin stabilizer system.The energy consumption caused by overcoming the resistance,the yaw caused by the additional energy consumption and steering frequency are mainly analyzed,which is added to the rudder as performance index.According to energy optimization,roll reduction efficiency and ship course control precision requirements of the Fin/Rudder roll stabilization system,the multi-objective functions of the Fin/Rudder roll stabilization system are established.Thirdly,from the perspective of integrated performance index optimization,the improved multi-objective genetic algorithm and multi-objective genetic algorithm are used to self-tuning PID control parameters.The multi-objective genetic algorithm is improved.The crossover probability and mutation probability are generated by using randomness and stable tendency of cloud model.At the same time,the weight coefficient and fitness function are also improved.Finally,the fitness,PID control parameter and integrated performance index are simulated by using two different types of intelligent algorithms.Numerical simulations show that improved multi-objective genetic algorithm can not only improve the flexibility of convergence and optimization results,but also avoid local optimization.The use of improved multi-objective genetic algorithm can improve the roll reduction efficiency,ship course control precision and energy optimization of the Fin/Rudder roll stabilization system.This is an innovation of the Fin/Rudder roll stabilization system and has better theoretical value and practical significance.
