In order to solve the traditional passive vibration isolation system's deficiencies in performance and meet people's needs,a new type of active passive hybrid vibration isolator is designed. It is a two-stage vibration isolation mount integrated with electronic magnetic actuators and their power amplifiers. This thesis mainly discusses the active passive hybrid vibration isolator's structural design and the dynamic behavior. In addition,a 6135 diesel generator bench for active passive hybrid vibration isolation is built on these isolators and the theoretical and experimental research on the bench is conducted.Firstly this thesis uses the mobility and impedance methods and the multi-rigid-body methods to deduce the vibration isolation theory. Then, based on the analysis results, the structure of the active passive hybrid vibration isolator is designed and processed. This isolator has the advantages of both active and passive vibration isolation and takes into account of the low and high frequency vibration control.Because of the active actuators and their power amplifiers are integrated into the isolator, the components of the system are simplified. After that, the author designs and builds a 6135 diesel generator bench on these isolators for active passive hybrid vibration isolation experimental tests.Using the finite element methods, the vibration characteristics of the experimental bench is analyzed. Finally,a series of dynamic behavior tests on the experimental bench is conducted.
