The qualified grounding state of grounding grid will make the equipments of electric power network operate safely and reliably and also ensure workers' safety.Measuring key parameters that affect grounding state can help us evaluate the grounding state and find the exceptional conditions of the grounding state in time,then the economic loss and the accidents caused by disqualification of grounding state will be avoided.In this article,an integrated test system of electrical equipment grounding state based on the traditional detection of grounding state is designed,which combines with modern power electric technology,sensor technology,BP neural net algorithm and some other technologies.Firstly,the author sketches the background and the meaning of the research project out,and represents the concept and purpose of grounding.The author analyzes characteristics of the existing methods that are used to test and evaluate state of grounding grid.The author also elaborates on the related principle and common testing methods of grounding grid test technologies.All of these provide the theoretical and designing basis for the integrated test system of electrical equipment grounding state.Secondly,the author represents the overall design architecture of the integrated test system of electrical equipment grounding state,and designs testing programs for all the grounding parameters needed to be tested.Design of this test system is divided into four parts according to the design program.For the power management part,complementary power supply mode is adopted to offer a stable power and keep the system operate stably.For test and protection part,information collecting and processing of electric current and voltage signal of the measuring circuit are achieved,and the fault types can be judged by the combination of measuring signal and software fault diagnosis algorithm,which will drive the hardware circuit to protect circuit.For the main control and communication part,task scheduling of each measuring module is also achieved,and failure data shows,parameter setting,SPI communication and some other functions can be managed effectively.For the BP neural net algorithm,the design and optimization of BP neural net makes itself better adapt to the grounding state test system.In addition,the author uses electrochemical detection called constant flow source to test the terrain corrosion depth parameter effectively.The author uses all of the tested parameters as the input samples of the neural net,and then trains the neural net with the usage of LM optimization learning algorithm,in the end,uses the trained neural net to evaluate state of grounding grid.Finally,the author sets up the experimental platform to test the functions of this system including the resistance measurement experiment,touch voltage/step voltage experiment,corrosion depth test experiment,BP neural net evaluation test and so on.Furthermore,the author uses the 35 k V transmission tower in Lintong as a platform to test its grounding state.The results show that the Integrated Test System of Electrical Equipment Grounding State meets the desired goals,which can measure all the parameters of grounding grid correctly,evaluate the rounding state effectively,and provide a fast and efficient equipment to test and evaluate grounding grid termly.
