With the rapid development of our country,continuous progress of the construction industry,the construction waste is also increasing,most of them are abandoned concrete.With a large number of abandoned concrete,in addition to the huge cost,but also may lead to serious environmental problems.In addition,continuous improvement in the construction industry to the huge demand of concrete concrete also grow with each passing day.The need to aggregate a lot,with the continuous exploitation of natural sand,natural aggregate resources are exhausted day by day.The recycled concrete technology can be a good solution to this problem,so far,the technology application in China only stays in the stage of foundation engineering,and for the deep There are few studies on the structure of the hierarchy,and the specification has not yet defined the.HRB600 reinforcement.After the success of the research,there has been a lack of effective theoretical support so that it can not be used in civil structures such as beams,plates and columns,as developed countries do.This article through 4 recycled concrete beams and 2 common beams are respectively arranged HRB400,HRB600 steel bending test,analysis of the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate and steel cross-section of recycled concrete beams stress performance,failure mode,bearing capacity,deformation characteristics,the normal use of crack width and deflection wait.The test results show that recycled concrete beams is section of the stress process,still has four obvious stages,the characteristics and the ordinary concrete beam.The average strain of normal section of the recycled concrete beam subjected to the plane section assumption,however,can be in accordance with its simplified calculation.In the other conditions remain unchanged under the condition of bending capacity has no significant difference compared with the ordinary concrete beam of recycled concrete beams,the main difference is that the normal use of crack width and deflection of the recycled concrete is great.The use of HRB600 reinforced beams compared with HRB400 steel beams,the flexural strength increased significantly,while maintaining a good ductility,but the normal use of the crack width and deflection values were too large,combined with the existing "code for design of concrete structures"(GB50010-2010)formula of ordinary concrete beam,to verify the ultimate moment of recycled concrete beams,the deflection and the maximum crack width,the test results show that the calculation of ultimate moment formula of common concrete beam is suitable for recycled concrete beams,and the ordinary concrete beam on the deflection and the maximum crack width The formula of degree of calculation needs to be corrected when calculating the recycled concrete beam.
