In tunnel engineering, the stability of surrounding rock is always an important topic, and there are many factors affecting the stability of surrounding rock.In this paper, taking Guangzhou metro line 21 in the construction of tunnel, through field investigation and geological investigation, the engineering geological conditions, groundwater seepage model established by FLAC3 D software, analysis of the effect of groundwater seepage on stress and deformation of the surrounding rock, and analysis of their own rock crack development situation and the excavation of new crack disturbance occurs that means of grouting plugging cracks in the surrounding rock, prevent water leakage,to save water, avoid vegetation affected the realization of green excavation. The main research contents of this paper are presented:(1)through field investigation and geological investigation, the geological reports of engineering geology and hydro meteorological conditions of Guangzhou metro line 21 are understood, and the specific classification of surrounding rock is combined with geological report.(2)the analysis of tunnel surrounding rock fissure and the excavation disturbance caused by the new rock cranny and establish groundwater flow model by FLAC3 D,the study of groundwater seepage effects on the deformation and stress of surrounding rock, due to the existence of fissures, affecting the flow of groundwater seepage caused by the project described.(3)put forward the corresponding protection and control measures, through the surrounding rock grouting method, the reinforcement of the surrounding rock cracks,to prevent the leakage of groundwater, improve the stability of the surrounding rock, protect the surface vegetation from influence.
