Environmental issues and global warming has become a major issue affecting human survival,in today's society,people are increasingly recognizing the importance of environmental issues.Concrete is the largest amount of construction materials,while the high energy consumption and high pollution in the cement industry seriously affect the concrete in a low carbon economy era of sustainable development,the cement industry as of today's high energy consumption,high pollution industries one,how to reduce the energy consumption of the cement industry to reduce the amount of cement,to improve the utilization of industrial waste has become the direction of development of the cement industry.Therefore,with the development of the existing concrete industry,the paper through the study of super-sulfate cement modified,super-sulfate cement concrete preparation technology,super sulphate cement concrete durability research and key research super sulphate cement applications,as Preparation of high-performance super-sulfate cement concrete to meet the requirements.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Phosphogypsum instead of natural gypsum,anhydrite,etc.,as preparation of sulfates super sulphate cement activator,can be used for preparing better late strength development of environmentally friendly ultra-super sulphate cement;500?60min calcined phosphogypsum,the phosphogypsum and early strength cement was higher than the unmodified phosphogypsum prepared.Modified phosphogypsum cement base effectively improve the early strength development of cement,of which the phosphogypsum to alkaline and best.With the increase of the grinding fineness,super sulphate cement shorten the induction period lasts nearly 10h,significantly accelerate the hydration process,the early strength also significantly increased;specific surface area of550m~2/kg,450m~2/kg of paste late strength samples They were 45MPa or more..(2)C60 concrete work and mechanical properties test are formulated to meet the requirements;through the beads and silica fume on the study of super sulphate cement concrete findings,beads content of 10%can improve the performance of concrete and can promote early strength of concrete;incorporation of silica fume can increase the viscosity of the concrete,a slight effect on the strength.Super sulphate cement concrete as opposed to ordinary Portland cement concrete 3d and 7d poor mechanical properties,but the mechanical properties of 28d little difference,only the difference 3MPa-5MPa.(3)Super sulfate cement concrete test pieces of anti sulphate erosion performance is better than that of ordinary portland cement concrete specimens,after 120 cycles of wetting and drying,the corrosion resistance coefficient of super sulfate cement concrete are remained at about 1.0,ordinary portland cement concrete corrosion resistance coefficient is about 8.5,which is due to the super sulfate cement concrete is caused by a more compact internal structure;super sulfate cement concrete has very good anti permeability and 6h total flux to the highest permeability standard.The impermeability is better than silicon cement.Pore structure tests show that the cement concrete has better internal pore structure,and the internal structure is more compact.(4)Test preparation super sulphate cement concrete to meet the large volume of concrete their job requirements and mechanical properties.For two different cement concrete compressive strength at room temperature curing systems and standard curing,standard curing test block has better mechanical properties;early strength super sulphate cement concrete system growth is slower than ordinary Portland cement system,but close late strength.The test results of the internal temperature of mass concrete changes show:super sulphate cement applications can significantly reduce the temperature rise inside the concrete hydration and improve concrete temperature and temperature changes caused by the cracking temperature,so as to improve the durability of concrete.
