The development of rail transit in China is approaching the peak entry phase,and the utilization radio of its use is increasing,so the transit-oriented development mode continues to deepen in China,and the live-oriented rolling stock base and the superstructure development promote cities to constantly develop,which supports the construction of urban rail transit,eases the tight conditions in China's large cities,and meets people's housing needs.However,there are many differences between the subway plant universe space under the superstructure and the small space above the structure,so the main building structure is easy to overrun.The feasibility of overstrain superstructure development becomes a difficult problem in structural design.In order to solve the current overstrain problem in the superstructure development,especially to make a reference to future relevant works,in this paper,the out-of-codes high-rise building with conversion layer in the first joint service shop's superstructure project in Zhengzhou city was taken as the analysis object,and corresponding earthquake fortification measures were made for each overrun situation,and the overrun calculation of the structure for the actual situation in this project was carried out.It hopes that through the feasibility analysis of the overrun superstructure,it can provide new ideas for the healthy and rapid development of the superstructure in this area.The main works in this paper are as follows:(1)To summarize the background & introduction of China's underground superstructure and the identification method in its overrun,as well as explain the current research on the overrun superstructure in China.(2)To carry out anti-seismic calculation and analysis of the overrun superstructure in China at present stage,and emphatically introduce the anti-seismic analysis method of overrun buildings(3)By taking the out-of-codes high-rise building with conversion layer in the first joint service shop's superstructure project in Zhengzhou city as an example,the corresponding anti-seismic fortification measures were carried out for each overrun situation,and the results showed that,it can through the anti-seismic design for each out-of-codes high-rise building project,to implement the performance-based anti-seismic design method to the actual overrun project.Through the anti-seismic calculation of structure under small,medium and large earthquakes to analyze and demonstrate,as well as put forward the targeted anti-seismic strengthening measures,thus ensuring the anti-seismic performance to achieve the desired performance objectives.The results show that,this overrun superstructure can meet the specific requirements,and achieve the established anti-seismic performance objectives,so the structural program is feasible.
