Application of new formwork has made great progress in recent years,the use of materials from the perspective of the development of the template,template technology is the transition from the traditional single wood or steel mould to composite direction.Fabric reinforced concrete based on(Textile Reinforced Concrete,referred to as: TRC)high strength,good durability,this paper adopts punching stainless steel net bending forming and fixing high performance mixed woven fiber net consists of fine aggregate high strength concrete prefabricated template,forming fabric net,steel net joint reinforced concrete permanent formwork.In the field construction,the reinforced concrete is poured into the permanent formwork to form the composite structure.The template not only undertakes the pouring process of the horizontal load and vertical load,and similar to the pressure plate,can be laminated part tension effect,and as a protective layer on the surface of the structure,improve the durability of the structure.The main contents of this paper include: the bearing capability of V shape permanent formwork bending test and construction stage;bearing capacity analysis of bending test of V shape permanent formwork and reinforced concrete composite one-way slab and normal section.The research process and corresponding conclusions are as follows:(1)A method of making V shape permanent formwork is introduced.The V permanent formwork is made by combining four different types of steel mesh and fiber fabric mesh reinforced concrete.After the mold is completely cured,the quality of the casting is qualified,and the deviation of the design size is smaller.The pouring process can be applied and popularized.(2)The flexural performance of V shaped permanent formwork is tested.The crack load value,the number of cracks and the development path are recorded,and the ultimate load and its corresponding ultimate failure form are also recorded.The construction load is determined according to the code,and the strength and stiffness are checked,compared with the measured values.The analysis shows that the PB0.5 steel mesh and the lining of the fiber fabric network have more excellent overall working performance,and contribute greatly to the improvement of the bearing capacity.The strength and deformation meet the calculation requirements.(3)Design and manufacture of 1 V shaped permanent formwork and cast-in-place concrete composite one-way rib beam floor and 1 contrast ribbed slab floor,the flexuralbearing capacity of the test study.First of all,V type polypropylene fiber permanent template doping effectively inhibits the elastic surface crack stage of development;secondly,with one-way plate rib floor in the fold bending test of the bonding surface of non slip phenomenon,better overall performance.According to the strength and deformation calculation,the theoretical value is in good agreement with the measured value.Under the load,the deflection limit of the composite rib Liang Lougai meets the requirements of the code.
