Bridge structure is an important infrastructure of a country,with the rapid development of science and technology in China.It plays a more and more important role in the national economy.As we all know,the overload of vehicles on the bridge is very common.The overload of vehicles leads to the loss of the bearing capacity of bridges,resulting in frequent accidents of bridges.At present,the vehicle overload control has been widely studied on the road,however,the control of vehicle load on the bridge is almost blank.Using the reinforced concrete hollow slab bridge as the research object,combined with the bridge stress,deflection theorys,using Visual Studio development platform to complete a set of traffic flow programming sub system.At the same time,Midas/civil finite element software is used to simulate the stress and displacement limit of bridge under different conditions,and it is worth the early warning value of sensors.A set of smart bridge monitoring scheme is put forward,and the corresponding bridge evaluation system scheme is established based on hierarchical fuzzy analysis.The results of the study show that:(1)the development of bridge traffic flow regulation system had direct access to the vehicle by vehicle basic parameters of stress and deflection,and the deflection,stress and deflection contrast force and limit state of vehicle traffic route planning,bridge deflection,stress can directly through the graph display out.(2)two vehicles with the same load of 36t were selected for Midas/civil finite element software simulation.Compared with the calculation results of the planning subsystem,the data of stress and deflection calculation were basically similar.The results show that the bridge planning subsystem has a certain reliability.(3)based on the Midas/civil finite element method,the bridge stress,lateral displacement and longitudinal displacement under 4 different working conditions are simulated and compared.The stress and displacement of the bearing capacity under the limit state are obtained as the early warning value of the sensor.On the basis of the principle of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the scheme of the evaluation and diagnosis subsystem of the bridge is established.The theoretical guidance for the bridge monitoring and evaluation system is put forward.Based on the development of traffic flow programming sub system,acquiring structural response of vehicle load on the bridge,giving a guiding basis of the monitoring subsystem,and the monitoring system of sensor monitoring vehicle response of bridge structure during the running process.finally,establishment scheme evaluation of bridge evaluation diagnosis of bridge,they are making up a complete the traffic flow guidance management system.It has important reference significance for ensuring the safety of bridge in practical engineering.
