With the development of society,more and more steel structures were constructed.Because of its own advantages,steel structure has been widely used in large public buildings.However,with the frequent terrorist attacks in recent years,especially in the United States World Trade Center incident,the ability to prevent explosive terrorist attack of the steel structure has aroused wide concern.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the progressive collapse of steel structures under accidental loads.Based on the above reasons,the dynamic response of the spatial steel frame under explosive loading was analyzed in this paper.The specific work is as follows:1)According to the theory of explosive load,the specific explosive load acting on the steel frame was calculated.2)According to the size and the location of explosive loading,twenty kinds of loading conditions were considered.Based on Abaqus/Explicit dynamic analysis,the progressive collapse response of the steel frames under various explosive loading conditions was studied.It can be concluded that the location of the explosive load has a great influence on the progressive collapse of the steel frame structure.3)The range of the direct explosive zone was shortened and then the progressive collapse analysis of the steel frame structure was studied.The result shows that the number of the structural members under explosive loading directly has a great influence on the progressive collapse problem. |
