Research On Range Test And Power Battery Test Condition Of Electric Mopeds

In the process of popularizing and application of electric mopeds,one of the key points that government branch and a numerous of consumers concerned is the range and the capability of power batteries.They restrict the development of electric mopeds.It can't reflect the actual range of our electric mopeds if according to the existing standard of GB/T 24157-2009 electric motorcycle and electric mopeds range and energy consumption rate test method,it comes from European rules of test conditions,and the reaction is the vehicle driving road conditions in Europe.Therefore,developed a suitable for China's national conditions of electric mopeds range test cycle is significance.Nowadays,electric vehicle technology has developed rapidly in our country,but power battery technology is bottleneck in the development of electric vehicle technology.Suitable for China's national conditions of power battery dynamic condition for the dynamic performance of power battery testing and evaluation is significance.This article gives selected models of electric mopeds driving condition acquisition on targeted actual traffic,based on actual electric mopeds road data,using the self-programming software,synthesizing a range testing condition which can be reproduced at laboratory.By conducting comparative experiment with the operating condition of GB/T 24157-2009 and actual operating condition on the chassis dynamometer,we have got the analysis results of the electronic mopeds range,which provides necessary basis on revising the standard of electronic motorcycles in the future.By the actual road driving conditions of the electronic mopeds,we get the dynamic-testing condition(Discharging)of the power batteries on the electronic mopeds,which can reproduce actual using condition of power batteries on the battery cells laboratory bench.We have acquired analysis report on the dynamic operating condition(Discharging)and traditional constant-current discharging operating of the power batteries.Besides,we are discovering the evaluating method which can be used in power batteries based on dynamic operating system.It is the development of electronic mopeds and electronic motorcycles that plays an important role on convenient traffic of our country in the future.By the research of this project,we can provide theoretical and practical basis on the drawing up related standard(electronic mopeds and electronic motorcycles,power batteries),and help to the improve technique level in this industry.
