The Study Of Main Transformer Body Thermometer And Temperature Conversion Module

Transformer is one of the important equipment of power system,safe operation of power system plays an important role.The temperature of the transformer ontology as an important parameter,characterization of its running state is valued by more and more scholars both at home and abroad of accurate monitoring of its importance is self-evident.The state grid company plans to make the transition to the state overhaul,repair in terms of temperature,body thermometer and temperature conversion module of intelligent research has the vital significance and practical value.This paper aimed at the existing probe thermometer for leaking by freezing in winter makes ether leakage and corrosion situation,put forward the reform scheme,effectively prevent leakage.And selected the transformer body thermometer.On this basis,study the working principle of the transformer temperature conversion module,design the hardware circuit of the temperature conversion module,mainly including signal amplifier circuit and A/D conversion circuit,so as to realize the transformation temperature to digital quantity.In this paper,also the temperature monitoring of transformer microcomputer control circuit design and debug,makes the temperature can be displayed on the LED and completed the transformer's body temperature monitoring,in ordos city of Inner Mongolia in the substation operation effect is good.
