In modern life,people spend their most of time in the room.Apart from official light activity,they are also engaged in physical activity indoor such as operating equipment in factory.As the development of mechanization in the production,a majority of workers are engaged in physical activities such as overhaul,welding and assembly.In order to explore human subjective reaction deeply and evaluate these physical activities indoor thermal environment,it is essential for us to use theory of body heat balance and improve models of body heat transfer.With physical activities level increase,body metabolic rate will rise and sweat regulation will change.Sweating measure is a vital importance factor in measuring body evaporates heat,and it is an essential part to assemble body heat balanced equation.The current sweating measuring models mainly focus on extreme metabolic physical activities,and few focus on moderate-low metabolic physical activities sweat measure and models research,those are not conducive to perfecting the heat transfer models.This paper bases on moderatelow metabolic physical activities sweat measure test experiments to build sweating equations.During the experiments,we collected environment parameters(Temperature,Relative humidity,black ball temperature,etc.)volunteer's physiological parameters(Metabolic,Skin temperature,core temperature,etc.),and measured body sweat by “Stick weighing method”.We theoretically analyzed the effects of environmental parameters and physiological parameters about body sweat,amended calculation modes about required evaporative cooling and the maximal evaporative capacity under the condition of moderate-low metabolic physical activities,and built the sweat equations.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Environment temperature and metabolic have an influence on body sweat.As the same temperature,sweat increases with the rise of metabolic intensity.As the same metabolic,sweat increases with the rise of temperature.Than temperature,metabolic has an outstanding effect on sweat.(2)Environment temperature and metabolic have an influence on skin temperature.As the increase of temperature,skin temperature is increase.As the same metabolic,sweat increases with the rise of skin temperature.As the increase of metabolic,skin temperature is decrease,but sweat is increase.(3)As the increase of temperature,ear temperature is slightly higher;the body ear temperature tends to be stable.Under the same metabolic intensity,ear temperature drops and sweat decreases.(4)In general men have slightly higher metabolic rates than women,and sweat in men is generally greater than that of women.(5)Based on experimental data,sweat prediction equations has been established,Comparing with OSE and PW prediction equations,the new prediction equation makes good predictions about body sweat,and it is not fit for the others prediction equations to prediction body sweat under the condition of moderate-low metabolic physical activities.According to the gender differences,the prediction equations of sweating amount of male and female were established,which used to calculate the amount of sweating in different sexes.
