The Research Of Cost Control On The Experiential Residential Area Landscape In The Design Stage

With a wave of construction of garden city,the quality of residential area landscape construction have been improved in the cities.With the development of residential area landscape construction,pay attention to the design experience of the landscape residents is deeply rooted in the hearts of people.In order to increase the competitiveness of products,in the high-end residential real estate developers began to pay attention to the residential use demand of people.According to the experience,which carry on the design of landscape architecture,maybe generate the identity of belonging of people to the residence zone.But now experiencing landscape usually used in the demonstration area landscape design,or villa landscape design.However,there are some wrong ideas in the process of practice,some developers even think attaches importance to the design landscape of experience,will increase the invalid input,raise the cost of unnecessary landscape,which lowers the residential area development’s profit.If living experience in landscape construction cost more,and less fruits,especially in the process of the construction and maintenance management,developers will abandon the experiential landscape design.To solve these problems,this article seek value engineering in the practice of landscape effect and cost control work,through the method of literature,field investigation,questionnaire investigation and case analysis.In cost control study of landscape experience,on the basis of theoretical research,analyses the commonly used methods of cost control,chose the value engineering as the methods of cost control experience in landscape.Chose the three outstanding residential areas in Tianjin,analyses the characteristics of the landscape design,the questionnaire come from the experience of the landscape design elements features,which demand for residents landscape experience feeling by the investigation on the costs,to summarize the results of the survey.The method of value engineering and landscape experience resident demands are used in the landscape design of the project practice verification,using value engineering method in the landscape design phase adjustment and cost control work instruction.Seek balance of the effect and costs,to obtain beneficial to the sustainable development of experiential landscape,which is important significance to the development of landscape construction.
