Study On The Spatial Organization Of Tea Culture Industry Park

With the fast development of urban modernization,people's economic income and living standards have been greatly improved.They begin to have the requirement of quality of life,especially emphasis on the quality of life in the spiritual world.At the same time,with the rise of tourism agriculture industrial park and the continuous growth of the tourism market,people more like to visit the agricultural tourism industry park.Tea culture industrial park as an important type of tourist agriculture industrial park developed vigorously.The study of tea culture industrial park space organization design has important reference significance to how to build tea culture industrial park.First of all,this paper elaborates the background of this study and summarizes the related research achievements of tourism agriculture and tea culture industrial park at abroad,and then describes the purpose and significance of the research,the content and method of the research.Then I sum up the research framework in the end.Secondly,this paper summarizes the concept of tea culture industrial park by analyzing the related theories of tea culture industrial park,including tea culture and tea industry,and analyzes the industrial structure,industry type,industry characteristics,restricting factors,the domestic status and development trend of tea culture industrial park.And then analyze the examples of two tea cultural industrial parks,from which to get inspiration.Thirdly,this paper has presented the suitable site for tea culture industrial park should be with tea cultural background,pleasant natural environment,close to the tea planting base,sufficient space,convenient transportation and acceptable land cost from the angle of the overall spatial layout of the tea culture industrial park.The design principle of nature,whole,ecology,experience,scale control and feature for the general layout plan.The basic principle for spatial function oriented zoning is dynamic and static,main and auxiliary,inside and outsider.The tea culture industrial park should include nine functional spaces and each space has been explained well in this article.Then I extracted the organization form for each spatial function,and the design for traffic streamline.In the end,I combined theory with practice for using Nanyue Green Tea Expo conceptual design as a living example to integrate the instance analysis with the overall layout analysis of tea culture industrial park.Then I extracted the design and functional elements,architectural elements,and spatial organizing elements from the analysis of the Nanyue Tea Culture Industrial Park.
